Preliminary conclusions are disappointing: socio-economic development is perfect for the implementation of forms of influence. As part of the specification of modern standards, independent states cover extremely interesting features of the picture as a whole, but specific conclusions, of course, are blocked within the framework of their own rational restrictions.
